What happens after you apply

Three stages. You can follow yours at any time from your account.

Register your vehicle

Create an account and add your registration number. One account can hold several vehicles.

Wait for approval

Your request is checked by Secretariat. You'll see each stage as it is completed.

Carry your QR

Once issued, show the QR on your phone at the gate — or print it and keep it on the dashboard.

Good to know

One pass, one vehicle
The gate officer sees the registration number your pass belongs to. It will not admit a different car.
Bring the pass, not the paperwork
Your phone screen is enough. A printout works equally well.
Lost or shared? Report it
The institution can cancel and reissue instantly — the old QR stops working at the next scan.
