How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

From a driver’s request to a car through the barrier — with a name attached at every stage.

Apply

The driver registers their vehicle on your institution's own page and says which zone, what for, which event.

Approve

It reaches the right people in the right order. Every approval is recorded with a name against it, then the pass is issued as a signed QR.

Scan

At the gate the officer scans the QR — or just types the number plate. The verdict comes back in about a second.

At the barrier

It works like a traffic light.

Three outcomes, and the officer never has to interpret anything. When the system is not certain, it does not guess — it hands the decision to a named supervisor.

Everything checks out. The officer confirms the plate matches the car and waves it through.

Something is uncertain. A supervisor decides, and their name goes on that decision.

Expired, cancelled, wrong gate, or already used. Recorded and turned away.

Signed, not printed

Every pass is a cryptographically signed credential. It cannot be forged, and a photographed copy still only works for the one vehicle it names.

Bound to one vehicle

The officer sees the exact registration the pass belongs to. If it doesn't match the car at the barrier, it doesn't go in.

Cancel instantly

Revoke or reissue from the office and the old QR stops working at the very next scan. No recall, no reprinting.

Zones and quotas

Separate VVIP, media, staff and service areas, each with their own capacity, gates and issue limits.

Nothing stops them photographing it. Three things stop it working — and all three are on by default.

Tied to one number plate
Every copy displays the same registration to the officer. It only admits the car it was issued to.

Copies give themselves away
The same pass at two gates minutes apart is flagged automatically for review. One car cannot be in two places.

One pass, one entry
Event passes can be set to work exactly once. The second attempt is refused however good the copy.

Each entry is mathematically locked to the one before it. Alter an old record and the system proves it — and points at where.
